I developed this APP to promote a more healthy habit of eye usage. (Rest for 20 seconds for every 20 minutes of eye usage by looking at objects 20 feet away)

1) 20:20:20
Use eyes for 20 minutes, rest for 20 seconds by looking at objects 20 feet away. This is recommended when you are working/reading near a window.
2) 60:05
Use eyes for 60 minutes (1 hour), rest for 5 minutes. This is recommended when you are doing something that cannot be interrupted too frequently.
3) 120:15
Use eyes for 120 minutes (2 hours), take a break for 15 minutes. This is recommended when your work requires concentration for an extended period of time.
